All blu·stone™, 45° FENIX™, 45° and 51 furniture special finish products require a 16+ weeks lead time upon order confirmation.

All INOX stainless steel special finish product and electronica tapware require a 6-8 week lead time upon order confirmation.

blu·stone™ products include: bathtubs, basins, vanity tops & countertops, and even backsplashes.

We offer 7 different neutral colors in both matte and gloss finish.

blu·stone™ products come directly out of the mould with a matte finish surface.

Gloss finishes are achieved by polishing and buffing the matte surface until it becomes a gloss.

1. Use non-abrasive cleaning products such as: Mr. Clean, Fantastik, VIM, CIF

2. Matte finished products may occasionally require mildly abrasive product such as: Soft Scrub Comet, CIF, VIM

The flooring under any blu·stone™ bathtub should be able to support 1600 pounds (725 KGs).

We 100% recommend using a TF.BTSB tile flange if the product is being installed flush to a wall to help create a proper water-proof barrier.

When installing, the tile flange is installed between the drywall and finished wall.

For a small scratch or smudge:
We recommend using a 600 grit sanding pad (provided in the shipping box), use in gentle circular motions to blend, smooth and clean area.

For a chip or dent:

1. Please contact technical department for more info and/or email picture, videos.

2. blu·stone™ repair material may be required, mix with hardener and applied to repair spot, allow the repair material to cure and dry for 24 hours. Then sand repair area to blend with surface.

Unfortunately, a blu·stone™ basin drain cap will only fit onto the QTW-0120 or QTW-0121 push-button waste (sold separately).

No special maintenance is required to clean FENIX™ surfaces: just a damp cloth with warm water or a mild detergent. Almost all regular household cleaning products or disinfectants can be safely used. Learn more here.

Thermal healing of superficial micro-scratches is also possible. By using an iron and a damp towel/cloth, thermal healing can be applied to the relevant area of the product if scratches have not penetrated the surface. Learn more here.

INOX stainless steel is available in four colors + finishes including: brushed stainless steel, black, gold, rose gold and matte black.

PVD or Physical Vapor Deposition, is a highly innovative coating procedure that allows us not to alter the inherent features of stainless steel, preserving its durability, inalterability, its resistance to acid solvents and saline corrosions, hypoallergenicity and above all, the deposition process has the lowest environmental impact.

If your product is damaged upon arrival please follow these steps:

1. Contact Blu Bathworks within 5 days of delivery at support@blubathworks.com
2. Email photographs of the product packaging and damages to the product

Yes, you can. Please refer to these steps for return:

You will be charged a standard re-stocking fee for return of item to wear house.

You must repackage the item, then email support@blubathworks.com with new package weight and dimensions. We will then send a return waybill for shipping.

The item must be in resalable condition to be eligible for refund.

In stock items are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 4 business days.

Yes, there is a $45 “Hot Rush” fee to process and ship from our warehouse within 24 hours.
