Crafted from quartzite and bio-resin, blu·stone™ is an exceptionally durable material, which looks and feels like natural stone. It is high-pressure injection molded, anti-microbial & non-porous. Low maintenance & repairable, blu·stone™ bathware is stain & scratch resistant.
Visually luminous and highly tactile, blu·stone™ is available in a white matte finish as standard, which – unlike gelcoat alternatives – is the way in which blu·stone™ fixtures emerge from the mold. For a selection of bathtubs and sinks, the matte fixture is then polished to create a gloss finish.
blu·stone™ is sustainable given its low energy production process – requiring less time in the kiln at lower temperatures than its ceramic counterpart. Further, as a recyclable material, there is limited production wastage – which is good news for the landfill. blu·stone™ material composition provides superior water temperature retention, thereby reducing water usage.
